Dr Elaine O’Connor-Haq
Founder & Medical Aesthetics Doctor
Dr Elaine O’Connor-Haq is a doctor-led medical aesthetics practitioner with a background in both medicine and pharmacy. She is GMC-registered, fully insured, and holds advanced Level 7 training in aesthetic medicine from Harley Academy, London.
Her approach is consultation-led, evidence-based and focused on natural-looking results, skin health and long-term ageing well. Dr Elaine has a special interest in the relationship between lifestyle, inflammation and skin ageing, and regularly writes educational content on skin health, longevity and preventative care.

GP & Men’s Health Contributor
Dr Imran Haq is a UK-trained General Practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience and a growing interest in evidence-based men’s health, lifestyle medicine and healthy ageing.
At Bespoke Medical Aesthetics, he contributes medical insight and educational content to support men in understanding preventative health, longevity and midlife wellbeing.

What happens during my consultation?

Is Botox safe and is it right for me?
Botulinum toxin treatments are prescription-only and only offered following an in-person consultation and assessment. At Bespoke Medical Aesthetics, treatments are carried out by a qualified aesthetics doctor trained to advanced level. You’ll be informed fully about suitability, risks, and alternatives.
What qualifications does Dr Elaine hold?
Dr Elaine O’Connor-Haq is an advanced aesthetics doctor with a medical degree, a Master’s in Pharmacy from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and a Level 7 Diploma in Injectables from Harley Academy, London. She is also insured by Hamilton Fraser and registered with the General Medical Council (GMC). She is also a member of the Joint Council of Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP), and an associate member of British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM).
How long do the results of injectables last?
Duration varies depending on the treatment and individual response. As a guide, injectable treatments may last between 3–12 months. You’ll receive tailored advice during your consultation, including realistic expectations and timelines.
What is the recovery time after a treatment?
Many treatments require little to no downtime, though some mild redness, swelling or bruising can occasionally occur. You’ll receive full aftercare instructions, and Dr Elaine is available for follow-up support as needed.
Can I book online and how far in advance?
Yes — you can book your consultation via our online booking system at your convenience. Availability can vary, so early booking is advised. We aim to provide flexible appointments to suit your lifestyle.
